An industrial property in Bohemia has sold for $1.9 million.
Roma 1598 Holdings LLC, an entity affiliated with Roma Tile Supply, purchased the 6,420-square-foot building on 1.1 acres at 1598 Lakeland Ave.
Headquartered in Holbrook, family-owned Roma is a supplier of porcelain, marble and granite tile.
The Bohemia property, formerly occupied by Arlan Damper Corporation, was delivered vacant.
Niko Khetaguri of Alliance Real Estate represented the buyer, while Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services represented the seller, Lakevet Realty Corp., in the sales transaction.
