An industrial property in Valley Stream has traded for $1.86 million.

Simon Tung, a principal of Columbia Logistics, a freight forwarding and logistics company, purchased the 7,000-square-foot industrial building on .21 acres at 39 Hancock Place.

The property was formerly occupied by Equinox International, a supplier of home goods.

Built in 2002, the building has two drive-in loading doors.

Andrew Blumenthal and Mark Timpone of Metro Realty Services represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Equinox Realty USA LLC, in the sales transaction.
