45 Kean LLC, an entity affiliated with an auto-related business, purchased the 20,419-square-foot building on .87 acres at 35-45 Kean St.
The property was delivered vacant.
Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Kean Babylon Inc., in the sales transaction.
